Foundation declaration
The legal act that establishes the private foundation. Consists of the public foundation deed and typically a confidential supplementary deed.
The foundation declaration is a notarial deed. It sets the purpose, assets, bodies and beneficiaries. Reserved founder rights (amendment, revocation) must be expressly formulated, otherwise they do not exist.
After the foundation has come into existence the declaration binds all bodies. Amendments are only possible within the reserved rights.
