Public part of the foundation declaration. Filed with the commercial register and thus publicly accessible.
The foundation deed contains the name, seat, purpose, duration, endowed assets and the bodies of the private foundation. Because it is public, sensitive rules such as the beneficiary group typically remain in the supplementary deed.
