Special audit
Court-ordered special audit of specific matters in the private foundation by an independent expert (§ 31 PSG).
Beneficiaries can apply for the special audit at the commercial register court. Specific indications of an irregularity are required. The application must be carefully prepared, otherwise it will be rejected.
